Portland’s Riverside Retreat is a guest house and retreat in the mountains of Portland, Jamaica. The space is versatile and consists of a restaurant and a space for local farmers and artists to sell their goods. I was tasked with branding space.
My brief was that the identity should be simple, clean and timeless.
The client is a Rastafarian family who wanted to promote their Ital living culture (which is really about clean, natural, vegetarian living in harmony with nature) and Rasta culture to also come through without being over-emphasised.
